Access is opening in waves

Your inbox already knows
which deals are in trouble.

Sign up with your work email. When your workspace is ready, connect a read-only mailbox or import a few threads, and Clossara shows you why each deal is stalling, whether it will close, and what to send next, with the message behind every finding.

Free trial at launch. No card. Read-only access, nothing is sent on your behalf.

What happens next

Three steps between this form and your first diagnosis.

STEP 1

We open your workspace

You get an email from us with your sign-in. Workspaces open in waves so every new customer gets a person, not a queue. Enterprise and Box customers are set up directly.

STEP 2

You connect, or import

Connect Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 with read-only permission, and a CRM if you have one. Or skip the connection and import a handful of threads as .eml files, won and lost.

STEP 3

You read the board

Deal Health ranks your open deals by risk and value. Open any deal and read the diagnosis, the forecast and the draft, each line linked to the message it came from. Then decide what to send.

What you need

A mailbox, or a folder of threads. That is all.

A work mailbox

Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. Clossara asks for read-only permission only (gmail.readonly or Mail.Read). It cannot send, delete or modify mail. You revoke it in one click from your account settings.

Optionally, a CRM

A connected CRM adds stage, value and close date, so deals are ranked by risk and value and the forecast compares with yours. Without one, the deal list is built from the threads themselves.

Or just .eml files

No connection at all: export a few closed deals from any mail client as .eml, import them, and compare what Clossara says with what happened. The fastest honest test, and the one most teams start with.

Names and addresses are replaced by labels before any text reaches the model. No third-party AI. No training on your data. Details on the security page.

After the trial

Per seat. Start with one, add the team.

Nothing to decide today. When the trial ends you pick a plan; team pricing is lower per seat from three seats and unlocks the shared Deal Health board.

Not a self-serve case?

Three other doors.

A security review first

Banks, insurers and larger teams usually want their reviewers in the room before anyone connects a mailbox. Thirty minutes with the people who built it, evaluation report included.
